jamaica-day

On behalf of the team at Jamaica Education for the Poor foundation, we want to thank you for the consistent support over the past eight years. Jamaica day reggae festival is a family theme festival that is design to expose the best of our culture to the world. For the best in reggae music, Jamaican cuisine, fashion, art and craft and jewelry, Jamaica Day is the event that should be on your Calendar. This is our Ninth year; we are dedicating this event to the Reggae Ambassador, the late John Holt. It was a great pleasure to have him as one of the icons that supported and performed at our festival. We want to apologize for any inconveniences to our patrons over the years and look forward to satisfy your wishes.

Jamaica Education is a non profit 501c organization whose mission is to establish a leadership training center in Jamaica for at risk youths. All contributions are tax deductible. We are collecting books, school bags, pencils, pens, computers, laptops, printer, fax machines, note books and copy papers. We want to thank Miss Monique Wells of the Howard University Math Department for her invaluable assistance in allocating laptops, school bags and notebooks for these kids.  The Following festivals are conducted also for this purpose, CARIBBEAN FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL, TASTE OF JAMAICA AND THE INTERNATIONAL ARTS AND JERK FESTIVAL. Thanks for your continued support.
